What We Have Done,
Where We Are Going

In April 2025 the MWVHC partnered with the North Country Council and the MWV Chamber of Commerce to deliver a presentation tailored towards employers. This presentation highlights   the challenging housing market faced by the people who live and work in our community and provides resources for employers to help support their staff.

In January 2025 the MWVHC participated in a webinar organized by the North Country Council to help homeowners understand the process for planning, permitting and financing an ADU on their property.

An in depth discussion of the law regarding  the elements of the new law and what communities might think about to comply.  The coalition is hosting this educational event to keep homeowners, real estate professionals and builders informed about the new ADU law and the potential benefits. This will also be a chance for municipalities to bounce around their ideas about what they would like to see for zoning ordinances in their communities and get feedback.
